Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Disposable vape products
- Opened e-liquid bottles
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@zenvapeshop.com with details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.
